Beauty studios
Your chair full.
Your hands free.
Your clients write at midnight, on Instagram, while you are working with a needle in your hand. The assistant answers them in seconds, books the slot straight into your Google Calendar, handles the deposit conversation and reminds them before they come — under your studio's name, never ours.
- More booked chairs. The DM at 23:00 becomes an appointment instead of a message you answer two days later.
- No phone during treatment. You never break sterility, and the client never waits three hours for an answer.
- Fewer empty slots. Moving or cancelling takes one message, and the reminder goes out the day before by itself.
- Every client in your calendar. Name, phone, treatment, notes — written the moment they book.
One permanent make-up slot is € 395 and two and a half hours of your day. The assistant costs € 500 once and € 50 a month.
What actually goes wrong
Not the work — the hours around it. In a one-chair studio the artist is the receptionist, and the receptionist is always busy.
Your hands are busy
A two-hour pigmentation cannot be interrupted for a phone call. The client who called gets voicemail and books at the studio that picked up.“Do you have anything this week?”
The DMs come at night
Instagram is where they ask, and they ask at 23:00. By the time you answer between two clients, the moment is gone.“How much for powder brows?”
No-shows cost hours, not minutes
A missed lash set is 120 minutes. A missed PMU slot is 150 minutes and € 395 that cannot be resold at short notice.“Sorry, I forgot!”
The same twenty questions
Does it hurt, how long does it heal, can I come pregnant, is the touch-up included, what about my blood thinners.“Is it safe while breastfeeding?”
We do not replace your calendar. Google Calendar stays the truth — your blocks, your holidays, your private appointments. We add the part that was missing: someone who answers, offers only the times that are genuinely free, and writes the result into that same calendar.
What your studio wins
Six things that change in the week, not six features.
Bookings while you work
The assistant answers and books during your appointments, at night and on your closed days — the hours you could never cover.
Gain: appointments you were losing to voicemail
One tap from Instagram
Link in bio, story sticker, an ad or the QR on your mirror: the client lands straight in the booking chat, no app, no account.
Gain: followers turn into clients the same evening
Fewer no-shows
A deposit conversation on every PMU booking, easy moving by code, and an automatic reminder the day before.
Gain: the long slots stay filled
Right client, right treatment
Pregnancy, blood thinners, fresh botox — the assistant sends those to a free consultation instead of booking a session you would have to cancel.
Gain: no wasted chair time on people you cannot treat
Four languages, one artist
Dutch, English, German and Russian in your tone of voice, without you switching in the middle of pigmenting.
Gain: every client answered properly
Nothing new to learn
You keep opening the same Google Calendar you open every morning. The assistant writes into it; you change nothing.
Gain: zero migration, zero training
How it works with a QR code
The code below is live. Scan it and you are in the same assistant a client of Studio Lumière reaches from the mirror, the price card or the link in bio.
Brows · lips · eyeliner · lashes
The mirror, the price card, the window, your story highlights, the back of your business card. One code, printed once.
Your name, your colours, your treatments and prices. Nothing on the screen says our platform exists.
The date and time buttons are read from your Google Calendar at that second, so a taken slot can never be offered.
The appointment appears in your calendar with the client's name, phone and notes — and a reminder goes out the day before.
See it working
The assistant below is live. Ask for brows, pick a date, pick a time — the appointment is written into the studio's Google Calendar while you are still on this page.
Try this
“I would like powder brows.” It quotes 150 minutes and € 395, then opens a date picker filled from the calendar.
Then try to break it
Ask for a Monday, for 09:00, or for a slot it already gave away. It refuses and offers the real ones instead.
Then check the rules
“I am pregnant, can I still do it?” It will not book a pigmentation — it offers the free consultation.
Your calendar stays your calendar
Green is ours. The rest is yours and does not move.
What the rules cover today: one artist and one chair, treatments with their real duration, 15 minutes between clients, at least 12 hours notice, bookings up to 90 days ahead, free cancellation up to 24 hours, a deposit on permanent make-up, and a consultation instead of a booking when there is a contraindication. All of it is configuration, not code.
What we need from you, and what comes next
One conversation and a few files. The studio keeps working while we build.
Logo and colours, your treatments with duration and price, opening hours, deposit and cancellation rules, and the questions clients ask you most.
The Google Calendar you already use — or your salon software, which is one integration on our side.
The branded chat, the picker, the rules engine, the guard layers, the reminders and the QR material.
Live in [__ working days]. Next on the road: WhatsApp and Instagram DM, deposit payment links, review requests and no-show follow-ups.
